Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only within a limited time after placement.
Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Return Policy
At MANIRATTNAM JEWELLERS, we ensure every product is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Eligible Return Cases
Returns will be accepted only if:
The product received is damaged during transit
The product received is defective
The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered
Return Conditions
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

Items damaged due to improper handling or negligence
Clearance or discounted products (if mentioned at the time of purchase)
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our quality team:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment only.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after receiving customer bank details.
Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product or request a refund.
Replacement requests must follow the same return conditions mentioned above.
Shipping Damage & Unboxing Policy
We strongly recommend customers to:
Record an unboxing video clearly showing the package and product.
This video is mandatory for claims related to damage or missing items.
Claims without proper unboxing proof may not be accepted.
